About us

In the middle of a world pandemic, on 7th April 2020, UCAN took its first step to help the people imprisoned in their homes—unable to go outside for a walk or to the gym. We realized the pain of losing your well-maintained youth body over an unhealthy lockdown lifestyle causing:

Desk-bound routine: with movement restricted. Spending long hours sitting or lying down, often spending +12hrs of screen time became a habit. Leading to poor posture, muscle weakness, and decreased cardio.

Emotional Eating: people intake huge chunks of snacks & sugary treats for temporary relief. These impulsive eating habits were driven by anxiety, boredom, or stress. Resulting in poor nutrition, weight gain, and a potential negative impact on mental well-being too.

This’s how we knew taking care of one’s health had become a challenge.

We set a mission to bring back fitness and well-being.

And through our innovative approach,

We started online & offline (1 on 1) sessions for individuals looking to keep their weight under control. As the lockdown gradually eased, we ventured outdoors — open spaces from Govt. parks to the nearby scenic riverfront & terrace areas.

Yet we aimed to deliver fitness & wellness in every corner of Ahmedabad. That started a new approach of door-to-door personal training in which we made a unique personal training & diet plan crafted for each household, ensuring every local knew how to tackle the pandemic with the help of UCAN.

Our humble beginnings in Ahmedabad quickly gained momentum and word spread around…

As a result, we rapidly grew a large team of certified dieticians, physiotherapists, and trainers running across Ahmedabad.

Nutrition Planner

Eating a correct diet helps the body withstand any weakness in your body. Several diseases are prevented by following a strict diet of green leaves to protein meals in veg & non-veg.

Our dedicated dieticians help you make smart food decisions and develop healthy eating habits. As a dietician, They understand different food groups you should intake more or less, the portion sizes & calorie intake values, and meanwhile suggest tasty meals you never thought were healthy!

Expert Physiotherapy

Aggressive training is seen in almost every gym center. Oftentimes, people wish to see their results ASAP, and within weeks they burn out their bodies to unrequired levels.

Maybe less is more. Sometimes our bodies need a little extra care and attention.

That’s where our expert physiotherapists jump in. They know how the body moves and have ways to relieve the pain caused by injuries or muscle strains. Many people work out today without curing the pain, only to make matters worse and not come to the gym ever again.

Knowing your pain & weaknesses helps you progress forward, increasing your reps and ultimately avoiding pain.80% of gym goers usually ignore this step, but our team cares about your body much more than the weights you lift. A physiotherapist will listen to your concerns, assess your condition, and have a remedy for any muscle—back pain, shoulder pain, or knee pain. Exercises, stretches, and gentle techniques help you recover, improve your mobility, and get back in shape.
